E - Forum: Sunday, 22nd. to be led by Sr. Captain Original Sandman.

Owing to the time being advanced in North America as from 15th March and 22nd March - the time for E - Forum in the USA/Canada will be one hour later.

CST: GS time - 2:30 pm
PST: 12:30pm - MST: 1:30pm - EST: 3:30

GMT - 7:30 pm / CET - 8:30 pm / EET - 9:30 pm

This will continue until the times change in Europe later in the month on 29th March.

I hope this will enable all to attend.

E - Forum Cancelled on Sunday, 8th March.

It is hoped to have an E - Forum on Sunday, 15th March

The time change in the US and Canada has caused a difference in timings which will continue until Europe changes on 29th March.
New timings for E - Forum will be detailed shortly.

In accordance with previous announcements the next E - Forum will be on Sunday, 11th January 2026

E - Forum changes

Following almost unanimous support from the regular attendees, E - Forum will be replaced for the weeks of 16th and 23rd November by a group role-play. This will be in the Tavern with partying while decorating the Yuletide Tree, brought by Brandt and a number of helpers, from Torvaldsland. Refreshments and drinks will be free, provided at  the expense and generosity of the Council during these times.

Please also note that there will NOT BE an E - FORUM on 30th November. This is the Thanksgiving weekend in the US.

It is hoped to have two regular E - Forums on 7th and 14th December before the Yuletide break.

I hope all will enjoy the Yuletide festivities.

The Council confirms that the acquiring of a Yule Tide tree from the North and bringing it to Port Kar, with subsequent shopping and dressing of the tree has their full agreement and support.

The details for the E timed PICNIC event on the 17th August are announced :

OriginalSandman_Builder/ Sr. Captain of GS 14:01:30 pm CDT -

Our Senior Captain, Original Sandman, will arrive during the morning, US time, to start the fire and get the bosk roasting.


As I will be away at that time, Mentor Brandt will lead PICNIC at the E times:

1) Roast Bosk supplied by Jondalar to be carried onto the Shire Cove by his slave ariel, assisted by the other slaves.
2) Shire Cove sails around the Thassa.
3) Refreshments to be served, drinks with bosk meat.
4) Dance (lila)
5) Archery (Free)/Sul toss (slaves)
6)) Shire Cove returns to Harbour

It is hoped that many will attend as are able, even if for a little while, it's always fun to join in.

Evening events will continue and will be separately announced By Captain DeSoto, who will lead.

Cancellation of E - Forum: Sunday, 25th May 2025

As it is Memorial Weekend in the US as well as a Bank Holiday weekend over here E - Forum is cancelled this Sunday.
